Founder, Clinical Director, & Licensed Mental Health CounselorRacquel Ellis is the driving force and clinical heart of Peace of Mind. With a deep passion for helping individuals move from feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed to a place of fulfillment, she founded the practice to offer genuine, empathetic psychotherapy.
Racquel understands that life is a series of twists and turns that can create blind spots and obstacles. She specializes in working with clients who may be struggling with self-forgiveness, difficulty expressing themselves in relationships, or parenting responsibilities. Her message is clear: You have not failed. Racquel’s therapeutic approach recognizes that emotions and feelings can sometimes manipulate our behaviors, and she helps clients uncover the facts, gain clarity, and foster positive life transitions.
